Arrival at Entebbe Airport

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda, you will be received by our professional driver guide and transferred to your hotel for relaxation.

Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to relax at the hotel or enjoy optional activities around Entebbe such as visiting the botanical gardens, local markets or taking a visit to Ngamba Island.

Shoebill Trek and Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After an early breakfast, enjoy a shoebill tracking experience in Mabamba Wetland on the shores of Lake Victoria near Entebbe. You may encounter the rare and prehistoric-looking shoebill stork alongside other bird species.

After the excursion, begin the journey to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary located in northwestern Uganda. Arrive at the sanctuary in the evening and relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Rhino Tracking and Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, enjoy an exciting guided rhino tracking experience on foot at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.

After the activity, continue to Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, visit the top of Murchison Falls where the Nile River forces itself through a narrow gorge before plunging dramatically below.

Later proceed to the lodge for relaxation.

Wildlife Safari and Nile Boat Cruise

After an early breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive through the savannah plains of Murchison Falls National Park in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, hyenas and various bird species.

Later return for lunch and enjoy an afternoon boat cruise along the River Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls.

The cruise offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities including hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes and numerous bird species along the riverbanks.

Overnight: Bamboo Village Murchison Lodge

Transfer to Kibale National Park

After breakfast, depart from Murchison Falls National Park and begin the scenic drive to Kibale National Park, known for its rich population of primates.

Enjoy beautiful views of tea plantations, rolling hills, villages and countryside landscapes along the way. You will reach the lodge in the late afternoon.

Overnight: Chimp Nest Lodge / Chimpanzee Forest Lodge

Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for briefing before beginning the chimpanzee trekking experience in Kibale Forest.

Accompanied by an experienced ranger guide, trek through the rainforest in search of chimpanzees and other primates.

After the trek, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park and settle into your lodge.

Wildlife Safari and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive through the Kasenyi Plains in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs, hyenas and various bird species.

After lunch, enjoy a relaxing afternoon boat cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel, known for its concentration of hippos and crocodiles.

Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Transfer to Ishasha Sector

After breakfast, depart for the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions and other big game.

Enjoy an excellent game drive through the region while exploring the beautiful southern sector of the park.

Later retire to your lodge for relaxation.

Overnight: Embogo Lodge

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

In the morning, enjoy another early game drive to look out for wildlife you may have missed on the previous day.

Later exit Queen Elizabeth National Park and continue to the famous Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Overnight: Bweza Gorilla Lodge

Gorilla Trekking Experience

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park offices for registration and briefing by the ranger guide from Uganda Wildlife Authority regarding gorilla trekking rules and safety procedures.

Following the briefing, you will be allocated to a gorilla family and accompanied by ranger guides into the rainforest in search of mountain gorillas.

Once gorillas have been located, you will spend an unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat while taking photographs and learning more about their behaviour and family interactions.

After the trek, return to the lodge for relaxation.

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Arrive around mid-morning and spend the afternoon exploring this beautiful savannah woodland environment.

Later retire to your lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Overnight: Kigarama Wilderness Lodge

Walking Safari and Entebbe Airport Drop-Off

After breakfast, enjoy a guided walking safari in Lake Mburo National Park where you may encounter zebra, impalas, elands, buffaloes and various bird species while exploring the wilderness on foot with an experienced ranger guide.

After the walking safari, proceed to Entebbe with a stop at the Equator for photographs, sightseeing and souvenir shopping.

Arrive in Entebbe in time for your scheduled international flight or hotel drop-off.
